1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Major cities: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly using the courier’s tracking system provided.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing:
- Tracking number
- Courier details
- Estimated delivery date
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
Delays & External Factors
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs or regional issues
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but lost or stolen afterward.
If this happens, please contact the courier service directly so they can assist with an investigation.
